45T Battery-Electric Intermodal Container Stacker
The Xinghao XH-RS45E is a battery-electric reach stacker for loaded ISO containers in rail terminals, inland depots and intermodal yards. It provides 45 / 31 / 15 tonne row capacities with CATL battery options, 320 kW DC charging and an ISO 20-foot / 40-foot / 45-foot spreader. Battery-electric drive avoids engine exhaust at the machine during operation.
45 / 31 / 15 Ton Capacity by Working Row
Container capacity decreases as the boom reaches farther from the machine. Container gross weight and required working row should therefore be checked together.

CATL Battery and Electric Drive
The XH-RS45E is available with 423 kWh and 525 kWh CATL lithium-ion battery options. Its CYAN Power AC drive motor is rated at 200 kW with 308 kW peak output.
320 kW DC Charging
The charging system uses 320 kW DC dual chargers. Full-charge times are 90 minutes for the 423 kWh configuration and 110 minutes for the 525 kWh configuration.
Match Battery Size to the Yard Schedule
Battery selection should consider the complete operating schedule rather than battery capacity alone.
Provide container weights, container sizes, working rows, daily operating hours, travel distance, site power, destination and quantity.
ISO 20', 40' and 45' Container Handling
The container spreader supports ISO 20-foot, 40-foot and 45-foot containers with ±800 mm side shift. Maximum container gross weight and required working row should be confirmed for the planned yard layout.
Up to 5-High Container Stacking
The XH-RS45E supports stacking up to five high for standard 8-foot-6-inch and 9-foot-6-inch ISO containers. Container weight and working row still determine the applicable lifting capacity.
Electric or Diesel Reach Stacker?
For terminals with suitable charging infrastructure and planned battery-electric container operations.
For sites using conventional diesel refueling or without suitable high-power charging infrastructure.
