Looseness: Check whether the connecting parts are loose, such as load wheels and frames, tire screws, etc. If looseness is found, it should be tightened immediately to ensure the stability and safety of the forklift.
Cleanliness: Keep the forklift clean, regularly remove dirt, oil and other impurities attached to the body, load wheels, tires and other components, reduce wear and friction resistance, and increase service life.
Oil leakage: Check whether the forklift has oil leakage. If found, the cause should be found and repaired in time.
Instrument display: Turn on the key switch after the power is turned on, and check whether all instrument lights are lit and extinguished normally to ensure that the instrument can display normally when there is an alarm signal.

Hydraulic oil replacement: Regularly replace the hydraulic oil to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
