The daily maintenance of narrow aisle articulated forklifts mainly includes the following aspects:
Clean and maintain: Regularly and thoroughly clean the forklift, especially the fork frame and gantry slideway, generator and starter, battery electrode fork column, water tank and air filter and other key parts to remove dirt and impurities.
Fastening check: Check and ensure the fastening of various parts of the forklift, especially the fork frame, chain fastening screws, wheel screws, wheel fixing pins, brakes and steering screws. Looseness of these parts may affect the stability and operating performance of the forklift.
Leakage check: Check and ensure that there is no leakage in all pipe joints, diesel tanks, fuel tanks, brake pumps, lifting cylinders, tilting cylinders and other parts. Leakage will cause oil loss and affect the normal operation of the forklift.
Steering gear check: Evaluate the reliability and flexibility of the steering gear to ensure that it can respond to operations flexibly and accurately. The reliability and flexibility of the steering gear directly affect the maneuverability of the forklift.
Tire inspection: Check whether the tire pressure reaches the specified value and confirm that there is no air leakage. At the same time, check whether the ground and side of the tire are damaged and whether the rim is deformed. The condition of the tire directly affects the driving safety and comfort of the forklift.
Other component inspection: Check the smoothness of the transmission shifting, adjust the gap between the brake pad and the brake drum, and ensure that each cylinder works normally.
