We engineered this machine with an ultra-wide-view heavy-duty mast. The hydraulic hoses and lift cylinders are strategically routed to the sides, giving the operator a clear line of sight to the twist-locks and the stacking target. 2. Rigid Mast for High-Stacking Stability When you are stacking empty containers 3 or 4 rows high, wind shear and mast deflection become serious safety hazards. The Xinghao mast is constructed from thickened, high-tensile German-style steel channels. Combined with oversized load rollers, this completely eliminates lateral mast sway, allowing your operators to stack containers rapidly and confidently, even in high-wind coastal environments.

3. Stop-and-Go Endurance: Wet-Disc Brakes & Heavy Axles Container yard work is 100% stop-and-go driving. Standard dry brake pads will burn out in weeks under a 16-ton payload. We bypass this issue entirely by utilizing heavy-duty drive axles equipped with enclosed hydraulic wet-disc service brakes. Bathed in cooling oil, these brakes are virtually maintenance-free, drastically cutting your dealership's after-sales warranty costs.

4. High-Torque Powertrain (Cummins / Weichai) To guarantee rapid lifting cycles, we utilize high-displacement, low-RPM torque diesel engines from globally trusted brands like Cummins. Paired with an intelligent powershift transmission, the machine delivers smooth directional changes without shocking the drivetrain, ensuring maximum fuel efficiency and mechanical longevity.
