The FD70 7 ton diesel forklift is specified for a 7,000 kg rated load at a 600 mm load center. It moves into a heavier operating class than the FD50, so buyers should evaluate load geometry, floor capacity, turning space, mast configuration and attachment weight together. Weight and center of gravity
Record the gross load weight and the horizontal distance from the fork face to its center of gravity. A load center beyond 600 mm increases the overturning moment and can reduce usable capacity.
Lift height and placement

Fork and attachment geometry

Yard and aisle clearance
The listed 3,000 mm turning radius is only one truck dimension. Add the fork length, load projection and safety clearance when checking gates, rack approaches, trailers and ninety-degree turns.
Floor and ramp conditions
Use the approximately 11,500 kg truck weight together with the maximum handled load when reviewing floor slabs, dock plates and ramps. Confirm the permitted gradient under loaded conditions.
Ventilation and traffic control

Can the FD70 lift 7,000 kg at 5,000 mm?
Do not assume full rated capacity at maximum lift height. The 7,000 kg rating is stated at a 600 mm load center. Ask for the residual load chart for the ordered mast, lift height, fork length and attachment.
Which diesel engine is fitted to this truck?
The available data gives a 60–70 kW range but does not consistently identify one engine model. The quotation should state the exact engine make, model, output and destination-market emission documents.
Is the 3,000 mm turning radius enough for site planning?
No. It is a truck reference dimension. Site planning must also include fork length, load projection, operating clearance, rack or trailer approach and the actual turning path. Confirm the final drawing before purchase.
