How to determine the number of empty container handlers

Feb 16, 2025

The number of empty container handlers can be calculated by the following methods:

Weighing method: First, take out 3-5 empty containers and weigh them separately to get the average. Then weigh all the empty containers as a whole, divide the overall weight by the average weight of a single container, and you can get the number of empty container handlers.

Volume method: Also take out 3-5 empty containers, measure their length, width, and height, and calculate the average volume. Divide the total volume by the average volume of a single container to get the number of empty container handlers.

Comprehensive method: If there is a fixed number of goods in the package, you can first calculate the total volume by the volume method, and then multiply the number of goods in each box by the number of packages to get the final number.
