Warehouse forklifts are mainly divided into the following categories:
Electric pallet trucks: The load capacity is between 1.6 and 3.0 tons, the width of the working channel is generally 2.3 to 2.8 meters, and the lifting height of the fork is generally around 210 mm. It is mainly used for horizontal handling and cargo loading and unloading in the warehouse. There are three operating modes: walking, standing and sitting, which can be selected according to efficiency requirements.
Electric pallet stacker: It is divided into two types: full electric and semi-electric. The driving and lifting of the full electric pallet stacker are both electrically controlled, which is more labor-saving; the semi-electric one requires manual pulling or pushing of the forklift, and the lifting is electric. The load capacity is 1.0 to 2.5 tons, the width of the working channel is generally 2.3 to 2.8 meters, and the lifting height of the fork is generally within 4.8 meters. It is mainly used for cargo stacking and loading and unloading in the warehouse.
Reach forklift : The load-bearing capacity is between 1.5 and 2.5 tons. The mast can be moved forward or retracted as a whole, and the lifting height can reach up to about 11 meters. Reach forklifts are often used for medium-height stacking and picking operations in warehouses. According to the operation mode, reach forklifts can be divided into large reach and small reach.
Electric picking forklift : It is used to pick a variety of goods according to orders to form a pallet. According to the height of the picked goods, electric picking forklifts can be divided into low-position picking forklifts (within 2.5 meters) and medium-high position picking forklifts (up to 10 meters). The load-bearing capacity is 2.0 to 2.5 tons (low position) and 1.0 to 1.2 tons (medium-high position, with cab lifting).
Low-position driving three-way stacking forklift : It is usually equipped with a three-way stacking head. No steering is required. The fork rotation can realize the stacking and picking of goods on both sides. The channel width is generally 1.5 to 2 meters.
High-driving three-way stacking forklift: Similar to the low-driving three-way stacking forklift, but usually used for higher cargo stacking and picking operations.
Counterbalanced electric forklift: One of the most widely used forklifts, with a counterweight at the tail to overcome the overturning moment generated by the cargo. It has a large carrying capacity and a wide range of operations, suitable for loading and unloading, stacking and moving of finished items in ports, stations and enterprises.
Three-point forklift: With three fulcrums, it is suitable for special working environments and provides better stability and operational flexibility.
