The core components of the container reach stacker (container reach crane) include the following three parts:
Engineering machinery chassis
Includes engine, power shift gearbox, front and rear axles, steering system, cab, frame, counterweight and wheels, etc., mainly responsible for the movement and power transmission of the whole machine.
Telescopic boom system
Consists of telescopic cylinder, pitch cylinder and boom, supports the vertical lifting and telescopic movement of the spreader. Some models adopt double crane arm design to improve flexibility.
Container spreader
With rotation, side shift and twist lock functions, including rotation mechanism, anti-sway cylinder, side shift cylinder and other components, it is suitable for precise loading and unloading of 20-40 feet containers.
